This shipping policy explains how Avenio Bio processes and ships research-use-only orders. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or where additional verification is required. Orders received after 12:00 PM (local time) may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Transit Time
Domestic orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit time for domestic orders is typically 2–5 business days after the order ships, though actual delivery times depend on carrier performance and the destination.
Shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout based on the destination and the contents of your cart. Tracking information is provided by email once the order ships.
Domestic Shipping
At this time Avenio Bio ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Addresses in U.S. territories, APO/FPO boxes, or freight-forwarder locations may be subject to additional verification or may not be eligible for shipment.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address as provided by the customer, or returned to us due to an undeliverable address or refusal of delivery, may be subject to reshipment fees or a restocking deduction at our discretion.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and photograph the issue, then contact Info@Aveniobio.com within 3 business days of delivery. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier facility first, then contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” scan so we can open a trace.
Avenio Bio will work with the carrier to resolve loss or damage claims. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis once the carrier completes its review.
Order Acceptance and Refusal
Avenio Bio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear suspicious, that violate our Research Use Only Disclaimer, or that originate from a region we do not ship to. In those cases the order will be cancelled and any payment will be refunded.
