Frequently asked questions
How do referrals get tracked?
Your link sets a 30-day referral cookie in the visitor’s browser. If they order within that window, the order is attributed to you. If they already had a partner attributed, the first partner keeps the credit.
Do I earn on reorders?
Yes. A customer whose first order came through you stays attributed to your account, so their future qualifying orders continue to earn commission even after the cookie expires.
What counts as a qualifying order?
A paid order that is not cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent, placed by someone other than you. Commission is 15% of the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
When do I get paid?
Commissions sit as pending for a 7-day review period, then become approved. Approved balances of $25 or more are paid once a month, during the first week of the month.
Can I pick my referral code?
Yes. Choose 3 to 20 characters (letters, numbers, hyphens). Codes that impersonate Avenio Bio staff or use reserved words are not allowed, and codes must be unique.
Do I need to be a customer?
No, but partners use the same account as customers. If you already shop with us, apply from your existing account.
What can I say about the products?
That they are research-use-only materials with published documentation where available. Nothing about effects, uses, dosing, or results. The Partner Rules page gives examples of allowed and prohibited wording.
