Are your compounds third-party tested, and how is purity verified?
Testing is reported per lot, not as a blanket claim. Every certificate of analysis we publish comes from an independent laboratory — identity (LC-MS), purity (HPLC-UV) and net content, with the laboratory’s accession number — and appears in the COA Library and on the product page. Lots without a published certificate are labelled “COA pending” and carry no purity figure.
How do I read a certificate of analysis?
A certificate is the independent laboratory’s report for one lot. Ours list identity, HPLC purity, net content, appearance, the lot number, the accession number, and the received and reported dates. Match the lot on the vial label to the certificate; to verify it, contact the laboratory with the accession number. Questions about any lot can be sent to info@aveniobio.com.
What does “research use only” mean?
All Avenio Bio products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Buyers are responsible for lawful handling, storage and use under applicable laws and institutional policies.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Ground transit is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, and tracking is emailed once the order ships. Orders of $149 or more (after any discounts) ship free within the United States by ground service. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos; once verified we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
