What does Avenio Bio sell?
Avenio Bio supplies lyophilized research peptides and laboratory reagents for in-vitro laboratory research. All products are sold strictly for research use only — not for human or veterinary use.
What purity do your peptides have?
We do not publish a blanket purity figure. Purity is reported per lot: where a lot has been tested by an independent laboratory, the HPLC purity, identity confirmation and net content appear on that lot’s Certificate of Analysis (COA), linked from the product page and the COA Library. Products without a published COA are labelled “COA pending”.
Are your certificates of analysis from an independent laboratory?
Yes. Published COAs are issued by an independent third-party laboratory (currently Freedom Diagnostics) and include the laboratory’s accession number, so a report can be verified with the lab directly. We publish only batch-specific documentation and make no purity claims for lots that have not been tested.
Where do your peptides come from?
Avenio Bio does not synthesize peptides in-house. Compounds are sourced from third-party peptide manufacturers, assigned a lot number on receipt, and stored and handled under controlled conditions. Independent testing of individual lots is documented in the COA Library where available.
Do you provide lab testing or certificates?
Yes, where available. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis from an independent laboratory are published in our COA Library and linked from the product page of each tested lot. Lots that have not yet been tested are marked “COA pending” — we do not list a certificate we cannot show.
Can I modify or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified before they are processed and shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Avenio Bio currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracking. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
What are peptides used for?
Peptides are commonly used in scientific and laboratory research. They are studied for their potential roles in biological and chemical processes.
Are your peptides for human use?
No. All products sold on our website are strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption.
How are orders packaged?
Orders ship in plain, protective packaging with no product description on the outside. Each vial is labelled with the compound name, lot number and a QR code linking to its documentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at info@aveniobio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
How can I be sure your peptides are genuine?
Every vial is labelled with the compound, its lot number and a QR code linking to that lot’s documentation. Where a lot has been independently tested, its COA — including the laboratory’s accession number — is published in the COA Library so you can verify it with the lab.
