Partner Program Terms
By applying to or participating in the Avenio Bio Partner Program (the “Program”) you agree to these terms, the Partner Rules, and the site Terms & Conditions. Avenio Bio LLC (“Avenio Bio”, “we”) may remove a partner who breaks these terms and withhold unpaid commissions connected to the violation.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 21 years old and able to receive payments in the United States.
- Partners use a standard Avenio Bio account. One person, one partner account.
- Partner accounts are approved automatically at signup. We review accounts afterwards, and participation may be suspended or withdrawn at any time for a breach of these terms.
2. Research-use-only positioning
- Avenio Bio products are laboratory research materials. You must present them that way: “research use only”, “for laboratory research purposes only”, “not for human or veterinary use”, “not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”.
- You may not make, imply, quote, or repost any medical, therapeutic, dosing, administration, weight-loss, performance, anti-aging, before-and-after, personal-use, or disease claim about any product.
- You may not describe how a product would be used outside a laboratory, and you may not advise anyone on such use.
- You may not claim documentation, purity, or testing beyond what a published certificate for a specific lot states.
3. Representation and disclosure
- You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent, distributor, or medical representative of Avenio Bio, and you may not suggest otherwise.
- You must disclose your partner relationship wherever a reasonable audience would not otherwise know it, for example with a clear “#ad” or “partner link” note, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides.
- You may not use the Avenio Bio name or logo except as provided in approved partner materials, and you may not register domains or handles that imitate Avenio Bio.
4. Prohibited promotion
- No unsolicited email or messages, comment spam, fake reviews, or misleading content.
- No paid search or social ads bidding on the Avenio Bio name or product names, and no ads that make claims prohibited by section 2.
- No posting of codes on coupon or deal aggregators, and no incentives that misrepresent the program.
- No promotion to audiences or in contexts that imply human or veterinary use.
5. Referral codes and links
- Each partner receives one referral link and may choose one referral code of 3 to 20 characters (letters, numbers, hyphens). Codes must be unique and may not include reserved or impersonating terms.
- We may change or revoke a code that is misleading or violates these terms.
6. Attribution
- A referral link places a cookie in the visitor’s browser for 30 days. The first partner whose link a visitor followed keeps the credit during that window.
- When a referred customer completes a first qualifying order, that customer is attributed to the referring partner for future qualifying orders, even after the cookie expires, unless Avenio Bio changes the attribution to resolve a dispute or an error.
- Orders placed by you, your household, your business, or anyone using your payment details are not eligible and are reversed.
7. Commissions
- Commission is 15% of the qualifying product subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes, gift cards, and fees are excluded. Avenio Bio may set a different rate for an individual partner in writing.
- A commission is created when the order is placed and remains pending for a 7-day review period. It becomes approved if the order is paid and not cancelled, refunded, or flagged. Refunds reverse the commission; partial refunds reduce it in proportion to the refunded products.
- Fraud, chargebacks, self-referrals, prohibited promotion, or violation of section 2 result in reversal of the related commissions and may end participation.
8. Payouts
- Approved commissions of $25 or more are paid once a month, during the first week of the month, by the method agreed in your application (for example PayPal or bank transfer).
- Balances under $25 roll over. We may request a completed W-9 before paying, and we issue tax forms where required by law. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Payout history and balances are shown in your Partner Program dashboard.
9. Changes and termination
- We may update rates, windows, or these terms with notice on this page; changes apply to orders placed after the change.
- Either party may end participation at any time. Approved, non-reversed commissions earned before termination for a non-violating partner are paid on the normal schedule.
