Avenio Bio Affiliate Program Terms

By participating in the Avenio Bio Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. Violation may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. Research-Use-Only Language

All promotion must present Avenio Bio products as research-use-only materials intended for laboratory research. Acceptable phrasing includes: “Research Use Only,” “For laboratory research purposes only,” “Not for human or veterinary use,” and “Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

2. Prohibited Claims

You may not make, imply, or repost any: medical or health claim; dosing or administration instruction; human or veterinary use claim; before-and-after or results claim; personal-use testimonial; weight-loss, anti-aging, muscle-growth, or performance claim; or any claim to cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose disease.

3. No False Documentation Claims

Do not make false or unverifiable claims about testing, purity, batches, or Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Reference COAs and batch documentation only where available.

4. No Misrepresentation of the Product

Do not present the products as supplements, medicine, injectables for people, healing products, or performance-enhancing products.

5. Conduct

No spam. No paid advertising that uses any restricted claim described above.

6. Commissions & Payouts

The default commission is 10% (select affiliates may be set to 15% at Avenio Bio’s discretion) on completed, eligible orders. No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or non-compliant orders. Commissions are held for approximately 30 days before becoming payable, to cover the refund window. Payouts are issued monthly once a $50 minimum balance is reached.

7. Termination

Avenio Bio may terminate any affiliate for non-compliance at any time, and may withhold commissions tied to refunded, fraudulent, or non-compliant sales.

Never say: anything about dosing, injecting, taking, or using on people or animals · weight loss, fat loss, muscle growth, anti-aging, healing, or recovery · “treats / cures / prevents [condition]” · “results,” “before/after,” or “I used this…” · calling the products a supplement, medicine, or peptide therapy.
